What are the three steps?
The published path is three steps. If the call says it is not a fit, the sprint does not start.

- Move to a monthly retainer if needed, with scope adjusted each month
If it is a fit, the sprint runs. After that, a monthly retainer from ¥600,000 excl. tax is available if you want it. There is no hourly list price. The wider model is on services.

What happens when it ends?
Many teams run it themselves from there. Move to a monthly retainer only if you want continued support. There is no obligation to continue.
The retainer includes weekly priorities, progress, and risk; Japanese–English stakeholder alignment, with decisions on record; and requirements, roadmap, and vendor coordination. Who is it for, and how is it different from the diagnostic?
If a PM is too early, start with the free AI diagnostic. The homepage says about 3 minutes. The diagnostic page says 5 minutes, free. It is not a statutory audit. The sprint is for a team that already has PM or PMO work running and wants to see where the time goes.
